About the Recipe
This is my go to Einkorn pizza crust recipe, dress it up with any sauce and toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Packet Yeast
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 1/4 Cups Einkorn
1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch
Optional 1 Teaspoon Rosemary Extract
Preparation
Step 1
Blend Water and Yeast well in mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add in Oil, Honey, Salt, and optional Rosemary Extract
Step 3
Add Einkorn Flour and mix well, should begin to take dough shape
Step 4
Once dough is in a semi-ball shape, sprinkle the tapioca starch over the top, and gently knead a few times only, and reshape into ball form.
Step 5
Place dough in an oiled bowl (lightly oil the top) and let rise for 20-30min. You are looking for the rough to rise, but NOT to be doubled. Einkorn will not rise as well as a regular wheat flour well
Step 6
Roll out into desired pizza crust shape on a lightly floured surface.
Your pizza dough is now ready for toppings and to bake!!
***Note: I prefer to place the crust into the oven for about 7-9min for a 'pre bake' before adding sauce and toppings.
And then I bake for 15-20min depending at 350F
